I see what Aetna is *trying* to do by offering this app, but it falls far short of its goal. The app offers incredibly basic, easily searchable strategies for stress management and work life balance. It also has a place for members to request contact... but it offers no context as to what resources members can contact them for (obviously Aetna thinks that information is aptly shown elsewhere). A better UI would include mirroring the company’s other apps that allow one to see all resources available to an individual. It’s just a pointless brochure-style app at the moment.
