It’s rare for me to love an app, let alone write a review. The sound engineering, acoustic quality, ethereal narration - wow. I feel immersed in a sound bath coupled with master guidance during these journeys - and always shifted after each one.
Best breathing app
One of the most beautifully designed apps I’ve come across. Their minimalist UI attention to detail is amazing and easy to navigate. Great music and sound frequencies to drop you in. The only thing I would like to see in the future are longer deeper journeys!
Very high recommendation
Have been exploring these for a few weeks now, particularly while recovering from Covid. Was finding it difficult to do the analytic meditation I’ve been doing more of… just couldn’t get the focus. Respira has been a great companion, finding it easy to get into the sessions. Really enjoying this app, thank you!

Almost Perfect!
Love the app! Looks great and tons of options. One thing I am looking for, though, that no apps provide atm is a “stacked” customization option. I want to do more than one breathing technique in a meditation (including breath holds)! Even just timers within the meditation to indicate when to switch techniques that I can customize myself. This would make it 5 stars for me! This is the best breathwork app I’ve found and a feature like this would really knock it out of the park for me. Might be presumptuous of me but please consider 😅
