Used to submit complain letter for 1 week,everyday,7 day & each time over 10+ time! Everytime say Ralat,sila Cuba lagi. Unusable app!

Good response from the authorities about the problem given.

No response. This app is not working at all. Don’t waste time to download it. Poor government initiative and wasting taxpayer money to create this app.

Unable to submit even though I try so many times

This app is a good platform by the PCB that allows Malaysians to finally voice out their complaints. However it is not possible to reply Tindakan message from the app itself. And it did not send me any notifications on the Tindakan message which requires user to reply within 7 days otherwise case close. And how do I reply the Tindakan from the app? It is a follow up question by the authorities yet user unable to provide any response from the app.

Useless app, if related officers can’t check and solve the issue in timely manner then what is the use of this app ?

After the latest update, my account apparently does not exist on the system. So what happened to the case I logged on the app prior to this ? Not very helpful to the rakyat ………..

Orang nak buat dia pun nak buat apps. last last jadi habuk. Semua yang buat report tiba terus tak boleh login.

Pls fix the prob. Is good for rakyat.
