Out of business??
We have been trying to get in contact with Rest for months with no response. I think they are out of business. Our bed no longer connects to the app and there is no customer service. Very sad we made this purchase.

It might not be right away, but the will slowly d and surely drive you into madness. The usb is plugged in but the app says it isn’t. Now reset the bed and reconnect. Now it can’t connect to the WiFi. Now there is a firmware update so you have to restart you connection journey from the beginning. Now you got it all connected but the bed isn’t filling up as much as it should. Now you have to recalibrate again. I am, by all measures, a patient person. Yet I have whisper screamed “just be a bed!” through tears of frustration half a dozen times so far.
Every time the app updates, you have to re-connect the bed and set everything back up from scratch. So, let’s say you get into bed, or it’s the middle of the night, and you need to adjust it, only to find they pushed out another update and now you can’t connect again. You have to crawl under your bed, reset everything, go back and forth with it not connecting, then set back up all your settings. That’s literally what I’m stuck doing right after this review. I would not buy this bed again as this company cannot sort though how to build a proper app. So incredibly frustrating as it happens every single time. I’d recommend people buy from another brand as this isn’t something you should have to deal with repeatedly.
Isn’t even worthy of a 1-star review. The app only ever worked when I first got the bed. Then it kept disconnecting from the wi-fi and now I can’t alter my bed while it’s been stuck on the most firm setting. I’ve tried to get a hold of Rest but nobody seems to work in their CS department. If you have recently bought the bed RETURN IT NOW BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE. If the app doesn’t work then the bed needs to come with a remote because this is unacceptable.
DO NOT BUY!! As other reviewers stated, I wish I could give 0 stars. The technology is simply not as advertised. I was strung along and gaslit for months. Finally ended up returning (they only take back the pumps and pressure map insert, you have to dispose of the entire mattress yourself), was told the refund would take up to a month. It has been 3 months and they are not responsive via email. The only response I received, after reaching out several times for over 2 months stated “We are aware of your refund. The department in charge have your name listed and will process your refund when you are next in line. Be rest assured you will definitely get your money back accordingly.” The phone number does not go to a live person, it is just a recording that gives you their email address. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Forced to file in small claims court now just to get a simple refund which was desperately needed before the Holidays (especially after having to buy a different mattress)… Absolutely disgusting that ReST refuses to honor their own policies and timelines. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Stay far away!
Would be nice if I could actually set up the bed to the app. Instead I click get started and the next screen is completely cut off from being able to connect. Edit 9/17/22 - same issue. It’s been months! App inaccessible from iPhone se
After finally getting the pumps to fill the bed, the app cuts off at the bottom. It won't scroll down so I can select the continue button and set up the app to use as a remote. I have restarted my phone and reinstalled the app several times. Please advise. I have a iPhone se 2020. Thank you.
Nate in product support really knows his business and is a true asset to the company. The bed is wonderful to sleep on, my best night sleep ever.
Love your bed but every now and then I need to get on app to make adjustments, usually when I lay down to sleep. 5 out of 10 times the app and the bed are no longer connected. It is so annoying to have to crawl under my bed to hold the reset button then fool with Wi-Fi to reconfigure everything. Almost two years on this bed and I’ve done this 15 times at least. Makes me cuss. My wife stopped using the bed like you should just because she doesn’t want to go through the hassle. The extra star is because I like your bed. Please fix!!!!!!!!
Edit 2/14/22 After posting reviews and leaving countless voicemails and emails we finally got a response. We were told our pumps were outdated and they sent us replacement pumps. The replacement pumps (smaller white ones) worked for a couple months. Then one side again the app and pump would not stay paired, and we were unable to connect that side of the bed. We moved houses about a month ago, and upon trying to repair the bed to the new wifi neither side would connect with the app. We tried calling support again, emails, and got no response. We waited three weeks until we said we’re done and went and bought a purple mattress. While buying the mattress the saleswoman told us they stopped carrying R.E.S.T because their support was unreachable. I have spent way too many nights sleeping on the couch so my wife could try and get a decent nights sleep on the one working side of the bed for what this pile of trash cost. Stay as far away from this overpriced air mattress as possible! Original post: We have had this bed for almost a year and it has been intermittent problems until recently. We would experience the more than occasional loss of connection and have to reset the pump to re-pair to the app. One side of the bed’s hip bladder will randomly deflate. Mostly minor inconveniences that we could deal with, regardless of annoyance. But within the past week my wife’s side of the bed now will not connect at all to either of our devices. We have tried unplugging the pump, deleting and reinstalling the app, and even trying to connect without pairing to our home wifi, all to no avail. The app will get stuck on the connecting page and will just sit there. At this point it feels like a lot of money wasted and if we could just return it we would.
