I paid for a years premium service! I enjoyed it. Then my library wont load! It froze up. Nothing I can do to get it working. No customer service line or contact available!!! Beware!! Once you pay they just stop providing the service you paid for! No way to contact them at all.

SLEEP DEPRIVATION GONE!! I am the type of person who fills out surveys and reviews because if I am happy with something I would like others to know to go to that restaurant or in this case use this app! This is my first App review ever. I am thrilled I downloaded the REST App because I have suffered on and off with sleep deprivation ranging from a few days to a full week or two with very little to no sleep at all during that whole time frame! I wanted a permanent solution with zero medication so a more natural alternative like meditation and listening to music with earbuds to block out street noise and it worked somewhat. But after downloading REST I found the Holy Grail to end my sleep problems once and for all! I read other reviews saying the questionnaire was too long but I didn’t mind because if it’s very thorough then maybe I would get more insight of how to manage my sleeping issues and figured I would fill it out throughly due to the AI Sleep Coach. It helped tremendously with offering tips for better sleep and held me accountable for doing all their r suggestions and has their own meditation sounds and white noise to boot! All in one app! Thank you so much to the entire REST App Team! I tremendously appreciate all your teams hard work and dedication in creating this amazing app!

Dear rest. I catch up with my sleeping routine but now I’m gonna decrease my bedtime.

This app illegally uses content it does not own. It will be shut down and the owners sued. If you want quality sleep stories and to support their creators do not use this app.

Forces you to answer a 100 question survey before you can access anything. So painful and time wasting.

It’s better than any others I’ve tried before. I pair it with a Bluetooth sleep mask.

The sleep app helps my mind stay focused on getting a good night rest for the next day . Bu listening to soundscapes , sleep stories and music .

I am a premium subscriber and there are ads between sleep stories. Why there are ads in there for premium subscription ? There is no way to contact the app support team.

This App gives very practical and useful information to help you relax and improve your sleep quality.
