Don’t be fooled by Groupon or any other company trying to sell you any dollar amount worth of this cr@p - like countless other reviews say, this is just a scam “discount offer”. No thanks!

Make sure you call the restaurant before you buy the discount. I have had two different places not honor the coupon due to issues between them and Restaurant.com

This app doesn’t even kind of work. The map locks me into a city over an hour away. I can’t use my location, type in a new location, or search on the map without it snapping right back to the same place that I’m not interested in going. I know there are restaurants in my area because they come up if I search a specific cuisine. They also don’t communicate well, if at all. I had hundreds of dollars in certificates that just disappeared after this latest update. I reached out and was finally told the answer after having to reach out again over a week later with no follow up. When buying certificates it’s 50/50 whether they show up in the account and it’s happened a couple times where all the certificates for a restaurant will be marked as used instead of just the one you actually used. If I didn’t have so many points, I’d delete the app and never come back but unfortunately I’m locked in for awhile. I highly recommend sticking to groupon or literally anything else.

Absolute worst app ever! I entered 3 cities in NY and it shows me zero restaurants unless I want to drive over the bridge to NJ. Horrible app!! The website isn't much better there are almost no restaurants I would go to. I belonged to a club that gave free restaurant.com gift certificates monthly and accumulated over $3000 that just sit there unused!

So I got a gift card for allowing somebody to test my water. I can’t even sign up to use the stupid thing. I never get a verification email from my email address. Yes I put in the right email address because I signed up with Apple so therefore fix it don’t fix it. I can tell this app is just not worth it.

Logged into my account and my certificates are completely gone. Spent $30 for the $200 and it’s not even showing anymore.

Impossible to create new account either on website or through the app, using email, Google, Facebook, or Apple login. No support options on the app, website indicates email support which is very poor.

I got free coupons when I went to my dealership and upon sign up. You guys took my coupons and didn’t add it to my account. And you can’t get in contact with anyone in customer service! EVERYONE please stay away from this app! It will give you a headache when problems arise!
