Won’t open, cannot reset the password, won’t accept my old password, crashes.
My job offered this for free during the healthcare crisis. As a Covid response worker I was having a hard time my normal doctors and therapists do not check on you daily. I really loved the daily help in improving my life making a change and stopping the burnout and nervous breakdowns from being overwhelmed and traumatized. Priceless service and dedication from the staff! Absolutely appreciative of this service I’ve come so far!
After the app wasn't working for a week or two, now neither the face login or the auto fill work. Need to look up the password every time.
This app is terrible, it frequently doesn’t work and is not user friendly (and I’m pretty tech savvy). I recently started the program but I’m not sure I’ll stick with it because of the app. I’m unable to customize my dashboard, for example I don’t track glucose so I don’t want to see it on my daily tracking (yes, I’m Type A). I want to track my steps from my Fitbit but it only allows me to track sleep from it. My steps are tracked from Apple Health but if I enable Apple Health I can’t track my weight with my witching’s scale. My steps show 0 on my dashboard which is frustrating. This app is disappointing compared to other fitness program apps I’ve used.
I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this app is very triggering and problematic. If you have a history of ED or disordered eating. This app has other features, but all I saw was harmful rhetoric around food and weight that will only further stigmatize fat people, cause people to develop eating disorders, and perpetuate bad habits. Intuitive eating is the best way to feel good about yourself, be healthy, and live well. This app labels foods as good and bad which is the biggest red flag for anyone who has dealt with people with ED or had one themselves. Stay away.
The app is quite pretty, but some features are poorly thought out. When logging food, the keyboard covers where you’re writing so you have to log, save, review to see if you made mistakes, then blindly try to fix. It’s not set up for vegetarians (I wish I could filter out all the meat information but no luck) but that’s a feature of their suggested diet as well (low carb) so not surprising. There are meditations on the app as well but no option to turn off the background music so be warned that they’re not good for focus.
If this app was able to work better with the integration of Apple watch and the apple ecosystem it would be amazing.
Like the app but regular crashes when updating the comment cards is a major issue.
Having competed the program, I was very satisfied with the app, and really only one thing stands out as a must-have improvement for ongoing support of my long-term health journey: Apple HealthKit integration: 1) Send my weight and sleep data to Apple Health for long term tracking and compilation with other health stats it already records. 2) Auto-import exercise via the HealthKit, which is a clearinghouse for almost all other significant health and fitness apps. For example, import my daily steps, bike rides and other activities. Thanks!
