Was able to by 1 day passes every day for my 3 days stay in Rotterdam. Payment is straightforward with apple /Google or Samsung pay. This is important to know as international debit card don't work in public transport in Rotterdam and credit cards will incur extra cost. The app doesn't quite help differentiate the RET transport (metro/tram/bus) vs national rail unless u spend some time understanding the system and logo for each transport mode when u look for itinerary from point A to B.

There is no way to search a location unless you know the street(rotterdam zuid station?)

Je kan de vertrekstijd niet aanpassen. Blijft altijd op “nu” staan.

…en daar helpt deze app ook niet bij omdat de informatie tegenspreekt wat de bestuurder zegt.

Kan geen reis meer in de toekomst plannen op mobiel

The app was amazing the first week I used it, but it suddenly changed when the now button stopped working. I can’t plan anything further than the options showed. If I for example wanted to check which metro’s go tomorrow around 9, I wouldn’t be able to since pressing on the time icon(now button) doesn’t work.

Helaas kan je niet vooraf reisplannen bv uren vooraf de reis of dag van te voren. Je ziet enkel van dit moment of komend uur, dit werkte wel altijd is nu een gemis!
