Description

ReticleRanger is a range finder for beginners and non math brains. We make no claims that you will shoot better. No tool can replace the shooter triangle (shooter, rifle, projectile). We look forward to updating this app as frequently as we can for our users. Originally for military use by USMC snipers, reticle ranging is a concept where the shooter will determine the “mil-dot height” in the scope reticle of a distant object of known or well estimated size. Using those two figures, the range to the target is then estimated using simple math formulae.
