Unstable and unreliable for large organizations

We depend on retool for our organizations operations, automatic alerts are sent to customers, employees, then comes one developer at retool who consistently pushes bugs that destroy our reputation in front of customers and employees. The most recent bug runs queries over 25 times. We have automated emails being sent out over 20 times! This isn’t the first time an update pushes a bug, but if this company is to become something the backend software team has to be replaced , otherwise this is unreliable to depend on. The worst is that you got no one to speak to !!!!

Works, but not great

Not significantly easier to build apps for than Swift. I don’t see the point in settling for a much worse user experience, no good offline support (even on the expensive plan that “supports” offline), and ridiculous workarounds to reload data, delete selected rows, etc. Maybe for someone who ONLY knows JavaScript and SQL this could be useful, but there are so many workarounds required to build an app with basic CRUD functionality, I don’t see the point. I’m not even good at Swift — I’ve been using JS much much longer — but this is ridiculous. Even a cross-platform React-type framework would be easier to work with and result in better apps. Even a web-only app would be better. I wish there were a low-code platform that resulted in apps that weren’t a substandard user experience.
