Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Tengo una suscripción que jamás compré
Hola, yo descargue la app hace un tiempo y luego la borre, y ahora veo mi cuenta bancaria y me sale un pago de su app, una tal suscripción anual con un valor de $9.900 ademas del cobro por la transacción internacional de $410. Lo gracioso es que ni siquiera puedo usar la ultima versión ya que mi celular no lo permite. Quisiera saber que paso, ya que jamas me suscribí voluntariamente, me apena poner mala calificación ya que me gusta su app pero esta situación es bastante molesta. Una devolución de dinero seria lo óptimo.
