A buggy and clunky app to steer clear of!

A real shame that Rev’s excellent desktop service is ruined by this clunky app stripped of functionality. Looks like a beta that got released by mistake, with no way to access the features in the website for ordering automated transcripts from various sources such as online media.

No automatic recording and you need to change apps 5 times to record the call
