I confirmed a guitar pedal purchase from US to Australia and agreed to their price. Reverb added a new 10% tax AFTER i had agreed on the price, without showing it in the initial agreed total. This is a tax meant for things over $1000 aud when shipped from overseas. This addition makes basically EVERY pedal purchase on reverb more expensive than just buying it retail here. AT LEAST WARN US BEFORE WE PRESS ACCEPT. This is the 19th and FINAL pedal I ever buy on this bloodsucking site. Charges and conversion rates here were already through the roof.

Ridiculous that you have to update the app to publish a listing. Especially when it’s not possible to update on an older phone.

The app is ok but it could be great. It is difficult to impossible to search locally. It would be great to be able to browse specific categories or all adds in a set radius of home. Also search by price needs changing. A sliding upper and lower price setting as used in other apps instead of $0 to $1000 - $1000 to $2000 etc. I might like to search between $900 to $3000 for Eg. Other similar apps have these features and would have me using reverb a lot more.

I’m in Australia and all it shows is American based guitars with hundreds of dollars shipping making it not even worth browsing the app. It’s absolutely absurd that you cannot set the app to show items from your own country. I use the website a bit and don’t have any problems seeing Aus based results there, but i saw no Australian listings on the app. Big fail unfortunately, I’ll go back to eBay and buy from there. If eBay is better than your classifieds app, you really suck.

So good to work with this app. I can’t abide eBay now, it’s like walking into a bizarre With everyone hawking what you don’t want. This place just has everything you do want & is all insured

Great eBay for instruments. Haven’t bought or sold yet but often search for interesting instruments and amps on here. Would love it if the filters were more user friendly. Definitely need more options. E.g when setting up a search for an amp would be great to be able to filter by 220-240V or 120V power supplies. Also would be great to search multiple regions or countries at the same time.
