Reverie Legacy Remote

This app is not updated and will not work with their products.

Bought from Bloomingdale’s a year ago and they offer a limited warranty. Reverie wants $250 for a new remote. They hung up on my wife when she called for support. This app is buggy and I have no confidence that bed might get stuck in an upright position. Product looks neat but is very unreliable and company is not standing behind it.

Please update it for the bigger screens. The app also lags a little bit too, but no big deal.

I would like to give a zero if I can. This app never worked. No customer support at all because they don’t even bother to respond my questions. However, the stand it self does works by the remote only.

I download the Reverie Remote app from my IPhone and it works perfectly! I love it!

iOS 12.1.3 made it so my bed doesn’t even appear anymore on the iPhone setup. Reverie makes it so their remotes break after a few years of use AND the app doesn’t work. Never ever ever again will I buy a Reverie product. For the price I paid, I expected more from Reverie. Huge FAIL. Update: after uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling, and rebooting again, the app works. Let’s see how long before it disconnects and stops working. Changed from 1 star to 2.

Love the Alarm feature!!

More frustrating than its worth, with no way to reset. One phone will connect, another won’t. Then that phone will connect, and the other one won’t. Frustrating when a guests phone connects, and then yours won’t. I should be able to block others from taking over my bed. Next thing you know, my phone is connected to and operating the bed and theirs isn’t. That how it should stay. Insanely poor design.

Stopped working. Reinstalled same issue. Looks like up need to be updated follow iOS updates.

This whole mattes system is a huge scam. The remote never worked and customer service has given me the run around for a couple years. Stay away!
