Disappointing App & Shady Billing Practices
I decided to give this app a try, but honestly, it was just mediocre—nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. I canceled my subscription on the exact day it was set to renew, yet I was still charged. When I reached out for a refund, customer support was completely unhelpful and refused to issue one. It feels like they intentionally make it difficult to cancel in time so they can squeeze extra money out of users. A decent app wouldn’t need to rely on shady billing practices to keep customers. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone—there are plenty of better alternatives out there that actually respect their users.
