Not good service they send me damage screen and saying like its good quality check already

I am very disappointed regarding an issue with my recent purchase. I had ordered from your store which was paid in 4 installments, 1st payment is already deducted from my account. However, upon the item’s arrival, the couriers informed me that the payment method was on COD, which is incorrect and quite inconvenient given the arrangement i made.This situation has caused significant inconvenience.

beyond disappointed with the customer service and the service itself. Their warranty does not cover anything. They are worst in assistance and giving satisfaction to the customer. They will just apologize and thats it. Not even a single solution was offered. Think 100x before purchasing from here. Aside from the false info that it will be delivered within 3 business days sometimes it took 2 weeks. Not recommendable at all.

This is completely theft and act of stripping money out of people who worked hard to earn daily. I ordered with revibe on 16 of May which was stated it will be delivered on 21 of May and I have been waiting 12 days for my order and it wasn’t delivered which I called them each day for delivery and all they kept saying is tomorrow after tomorrow and I grew tired of it and tried to cancel but they still charged me of 20% out of my money for an item I was ready to receive which they didn’t deliver. I guess you should think twice be careful of this platform

I brought lenovo laptop everything seems fine but the laptop storage is showing only 80Gb instead of 160GB

Bought mobile from REVIBE in december and 2 times sent for warranty claim and repairing and now after 5 months mobile is still not working as it should be…

Honestly, very professional team. I ordered an Iphone 12 Pro Max and they gave me support during purchase process and also delivered in one day in Dubai. Great experience

App is working great, got one phone and a laptop already from them
