Great App
I love how easy it is to use.
Awfully
The application has deteriorated a lot, I even paid for the pro subscription and the video froze, it did not do its basic function. I closed the app and reopened it to see if it was solved and nothing. I called and wrote so that they would refund my payment and they never respond, I looked bad in an event trying to solve it by another means because the app never worked.
Optimization for latest phone (iPhone 15 pro max)
Would give it 5 stars if the optimization for the iPhone 15 pro max is fixed (it only has iPhones from 12 to 14’s fixed). I want clearer image on my videos!
Company does not respond to support requests.
Beyond lacking features that set it apart from a simple photo sharing app, the company’s servers are unreliable, their billing system does not cancel subscriptions, the support staff cannot resolve issues, and no one will email you back. This app left us out in the cold DURING an event. I have since switched to Touchpix and could not be happier. 0/10 do not recommend.
Great 360 booth app
I’ve been using this app for a year now and really enjoy the easiness of it. Fast setup and simple.
Thieves
I cancelled my subscription months ago and yet they are still charging me twice a month, i have had to get my bank involved now.
Won’t let me log in
I signed up and it won’t let me log in. It state “ no such user” , but when I try to re register it states I already have an account. Changed my pass word and it still won’t let me log in
I was disappointed
After purchasing my 360 it came with a training how to use everything . I never got that. The concept of the app is great but it definitely needs work on the quality side, it seems like that app makes the videos blurry. When doing an event it’s embarrassing when the people keep coming up to you telling you that their video isn’t downloading. You have to keeping re-loading them so they can appear. I haven’t had any files delete one me. Also when I first got the app I loved that it would go straight to the QR code so people can scan and go, now you have to stand there and click on “save, save and share, delete “ button then the QR code comes up. I asked if there a way to change it and they said no.
This app is terrible!!!!
This app completely stopped working doing my event!!! For NO REASON!! It was working fine and in the last few 15 mins stopped working!!!
