They don’t activate the tour until 2 days after it’s supposed to start and then try to tell you it worked the whole time. Screenshot everything if you decide to use this, you will need it to file a fraud case with your credit card company later. Also, impossible to delete account when you want to after going thru a bad experience with them. They are so fraudulent and incompetent!
Only works with earbuds apparently So completely useless since we did not bring our earbuds.
This app is impossible to use. Don’t bother
Very disappointed as we purchased panier tour and received a confirmation number GYGBLK2QLW62 but were unable to access the tour through Get YourGuide. Now we are leaving and wasted our money. I would appreciate a refund. Cheryl Martin.

Je rêvais d’une appli comme Rewind. Une visite guidée sympathique, dans ma ville, avec des anecdotes bien choisies et amusantes, pas du tout ennuyeux même pour deux ados qui ont répété « c’est trop bien » pendant toute la visite. Hâte de découvrir un nouveau circuit!
L application bug. Je n ai jamais retrouvé mon achat dans rewind et n’ai pu faire la visite Appel de l’assistance aucune réponse
Au top mais dommage qu’on ne puisse pas choisir par quel bout commencer pour pouvoir les enchaîner à la suite les unes des autres. A plusieurs reprise nous avons dû revenir sur nos pas alors qu’il aurait été tellement plus simple d’en démarrer certaines par la fin.
Belle découverte que cette appli de visite audio-guidée de qualité avec des explications intéressantes et pas barbantes ! Autre gros plus : l’utilisation fluide ! Une fois lancée au point de départ, l’appli guide nos pas sans nous préoccuper de suivre un plan et les explications se déclenchent automatiquement au bon moment. Cela rend la visite très agréable !
