For the most part a decent app Some issues: - Acknowledgments do not work with Apple Watch - Would be great with refreshes on the list view, with map data or description changes the list view has to be pulled down to refresh - include member number somewhere

Thanks for blowing my eardrums when I was listening to music with AirPods in. Music was down so low any noise drowned it out and I get blasted with an alert so loud I couldn’t hear properly for a few hours. I joined the RFS to serve the community not to go deaf.

Since my last review I’ve gotten a pager from my brigade as the notification system on activ is far too unreliable (at least for my phone). In terms of the new update, when I press on the date to select multi and or single shift strike team it has the animation but then remains unselected. Sometimes you need to press it hard a number of times. When I first put a whole week as available only around 2-3/7 days had actually be selected. Even if I press hard and slowly it often doesn’t get selected. Apart from that there no issues.

Auto assignment of crew and functions disabled and not able to close jobs

Not sure what has happened but app doesn’t store availability correctly and constantly needs redoing - hopeless Ps even have to wait precious time thinking up a mock name that hasn’t been used

Crashes on open every time. I look after 40+ brigades, but I miss every callout

have been using activ successfully up to this last update yesterday. i cannot open up active on my iphone now ( model 5 s) 2 messages waiting for me to read but i am unable to open them any suggestions ? kind regards frustrated nsw rfs member

Almost perfect. Please add the ability to open the map marker location in google maps for easy navigation.

Unfortunately it seems there is a bug and the alerts are silenced for any notification unless my phone (iPhone 11) is unlocked. So I have missed many calls due to this. I’m not the only one, I know many others have the same issue. I’ve tried to find a email where I can email support or something but can’t find one.

I’m not sure if the people working on this app are actually testing it, but I can tell you that my iPhone 8 wouldn’t download the newest update. I had to delete and reinstall the app then go through all of the setup procedures only to find bugs still (the date & time in the events closes itself while trying to edit). I think this app would be really beneficial if it works correctly.
