Worst app experience
Auto logout after every 2 minutes. I have to insert login details every now and then. Pressed the submit button by accident yet they still submitted even when no documents uploaded. How inconvenient.

I feel very troublesome when use this device during the loan submission. Unable to use other phone to log in and it will send OTP again, so I feel very unsafe, I think the developer should remove the binding features.

I unable to open app after updated ios 16. Is it not supported for ios 16? Now don’t know my status for my home loan. Hope RHB team can fix this ASAP. TQ.
Useless app
The is not user friendly. Unable to change the password. Nonsense app. Hope the RHb bank and improve their useless app and make it as user friendly. Till that stop recommending the user to use this baldy stupid app..waste of time downloading and trying to login…
