App takes forever to load. Not user friendly at all. I went to my gym and couldn’t enter because the app crashed and only shows me a blank white screen. after updating the app, deleting it, and reinstalling it. Same blank white screen. Very disappointed!
Do not join a gym that uses this app. The app makes it very easy to start a membership but provides literally no way to cancel your membership. They tell you to contact the gym to cancel. The gym will not answer emails, and when I finally got a hold of someone on the phone they told me I had to MAIL A CANCELLATION LETTER. The system is clearly designed to exploit people and make it difficult to stop giving them money. Very scummy.
Was last updated 5 years ago and is designed for the screen size of an iPhone 5. Always signs you out, it’s beyond comprehension that my gym uses this dumpster fire.
it’s horrible. the barcode never works and it’s just so bad 0 stars
By far the most clunky, awkward, and slow app. Rhinofit is a webpage hiding as an app. So many different layouts could be used but instead, picking the least effective/cohesive one. Brings the business’ quality down using this app.
Tiny buttons. Inability to zoom in to enlarge. Poorly laid out. Why do I have to use drop down menus constantly. This app was phoned in design-wise.
I had to use this app to purchase a day pass for a new gym that opened in my area. Once you buy the day pass, you get a barcode that you use to scan at the entrance of the gym to enter the facility. Cool, went in, got my workout in and thought nothing more of it. 4 days later I’m taking a shower and my wife ask me why there has been a charge everyday for $6 for the gym I went to. If we hadn’t checked our bank statements this stupid app would’ve kept charging me for who knows how long and gladly take my money. Do not use it!!!
Switched to iPhone and this app is absolutely worthless compared to android. It just flat out doesn’t work correctly. Slow, buggy, and doesn’t behave properly.
This app is objectively terrible. It is a poorly skinned web wrapper, hard to use on the phone, definitely a non-native experience, overall just very very poorly done. Completely unintuitive, very annoying user interface and constant unexpected scrolling. Borderline unsalvageable. IF YOU OWN A GYM LOOKELSEWHERE FOR YOUR SOFTWARE.
