很不親切，而且難用
買了心跳帶，說明書有很多個國家語言，但沒看到中文。 好不容易找了網路教學使用正常後下載了app，開了藍芽、開了權限、也確定連線，從頭到尾畫面只會跳打開藍芽和沒有可用的設備。 app卸了又裝，裝了又卸，想說是不是心跳帶沒紀錄錄了老半天，再連接還是那句找不到設備，偏偏看教學文似乎還真只能用這app導出紀錄到其他app分析，我看了都要崩潰了，人家推薦再準我都連接不上能怎辦？ 只能再測試看看其他app能不能用了…
太糟糕了 is so bad
是在是糟透了，這樣單一的功能，賣這麼貴，竟然連基本相應的原廠app都無法有效運作，對不起這個價格。 It is awful, so a single function, selling so expensive, even the basic corresponding original app can not operate effectively, sorry for this price.
Failure to update firmware
I can’t update the rhythm+ firmware from 3.01 to 3.4.0, even though I have reset it under the official update instruction on Youtube!

Can’t pair with Rhythm 24
Tried many times, even deleted and reinstalled this app and STILL won’t pair. Can’t use the app if it won’t pair with the devices it’s meant to be used with!!!
Garbage
Nothing works. Terrible UI. No troubleshooting available. This is either an example of a team having no budget to work with or really lacking development.
Horrible range
Device is literally 10 feet from me and it disconnects saying “No monitors available”, the website specifically states “Up to 100ft Wireless Range”, this is false advertising at it’s finest and this app should be reported and not recommended by the company. Waste of time.
App no longer works
Don’t bother as of 2024 this app no longer works with Scosche products. Crashes and doesn’t export to any other health apps.
