客服形同摆设
叫餐选了配送时间，骑手提前1小时接单，商家开始做餐了，我赶紧联系客服，说现在家里没人，别送餐，客服说的很好听，我以为解决了，结果骑手还是开始送餐了……发现后再次联系客服，客服说让骑手送回去……现在大冬天的，我点个饭还是冷的，客服像个摆设，处理不了任何事情，本来很好解决的事情怎么就弄得乱七八糟的。配送时间也是个摆设，直接提前一小时送餐，我要是没发现，家里没人他们怎么解决？？？做不到就别做，还让客户选择配送时间，把配送时间取消吧……

Casi cada pedido llega con retraso (mínimo 1 hora), su atención al cliente sólo sabe decirte que va a hablar con el repartidor o el restaurante, pero nunca soluciona tu problema. Si quieres pedir comida con esa aplicación, pide mínimo 2 horas antes. ¿Qué te recompensa por el retraso? Un código de 1.5€. ¿Pa qué sirve? Al contrario, AIO nunca te entrega comida con 1-2 horas de retraso. Me caigo en RICE
Mejor app para comida asiática madrid.

Me encanta esta aplicación
Me gustaría que también tuviera acceso al detalle de los platos con los ingredientes y poder ver la fotografía más grande. Por lo demás genial.
