The EXIF data for Make and Model gets removed when saving as a 360 image. This is highly important for me otherwise the app is essentially useless, because then I have to use computer to add it back on.. so if I will use a computer then I will edit there also.. therefore the app becomes obsolete. Please fix this as I prefer to use my phone

Wi-Fi constantly drops out and has problems connecting to my iPhone XR with the latest OS. Latest firmware installed etc etc Super unreliable for what is meant to be the high end of the 360 market. Borderline usable

Now the app crashes. Can't access images or use the camera. Poor form, sort it out

This app will no longer open on my iPad or iPhone. Worked fine till last Thursday. Somebody please help. Tried support lines but couldn’t get through to anyone.

I’ve only had this camera for the past couple of weeks and I absolutely love it it is so valuable and gives you so many different ideas on how to use it it’s just incredible. I use this camera every day now and it has inspired me to do more for businesses in my area. It has become such a vital tool in my business and I can’t believe how much you don’t know about what you don’t know but now I know I love it thank you so much for this amazing product.

Just been given an M15 but still running iPhone 4S. Due to 'app integration' the m15 app has been deleted but the version of Theta app that works on this phone doesn't support the m15. Any chance of making the new app compatible with older iOS versions???

I did the update and the app was not responding on my iphone. i had no choice but to delete the app and re-update again. Second time, still not loading. Does this update work or just created an update to tell me that the app is very much alive? Now all my 360 photos are gone. Geeze😡😡

Ok, at first glance, this update might seem mundane in changes in the UI (ie none), the BIG bonus here is the functionality to upload direct to YouTube from within the app (cutting out the need for a PC altogether). Whilst this app is far from perfect, this update brings it a big step forward in the right direction to gaining mainstream acceptance of the camera.

Can't save anything unless I give it permission to post comments to my Facebook on my behalf? It needs to be able to delete the images off the camera, you can't clear images unless it's hooked through a computer. So in the app if you select COPY and not MOVE then your images stay on the camera, then when your camera is full you can't delete the images UNLESS you change it to MOVE the move all the images and video AGAIN!, some as large as 1gb which takes FFFFOOOOOORRRRRREEEEEEEVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!! Very painful novelty toy It's could be amazing, just not yet
