Rida — cheaper than taxi ride

I wish there’s a way I can give y’all zero star! Your drivers are too greedy and rude. You allow kidnappers and thieves as drivers and it’s very bad. Very useless app. Mtcheeeew

Very useless app and waste of data you can never find a driver in your location don’t download

All the driver are all rude and so insultive …. I order a ride and negotiate yet they accept and are asking for more … when I refuse I get insulted … Am going to uninstall this App … this is the third time am getting this

Their prices aren’t fair

Uber and Bolt are always cheaper than your rides. There’s no advantage in using this app, I’d rather just stick with Uber and Bolt. Even when Uber or Bolt are in surge pricing, your rides are still more expensive. Definitely not going to use this app again

Please tell your drivers to stop requesting for more money when we already set on bid. Also tell them to read the address and decide if they’re going or not. It’s really annoying when they accept the ride then cancel when they find out the address, it’d be either they cancel the ride or request for more money.

Please update your app for drivers contact number to be seen after completing a ride please.
