RUINED THE BUS SYSTEM

the old app had no issues, it was the employees who hate their jobs making things hard. And now its even harder for the riders. I’ll explain. This new ride ck app fails miserably from the very first screen. You’re given the option to log in or register…. First time users hit register… Now i gotta explain a side note here, People who ride the bus DO NOT typically have the money for full cellphone plans with mobile data, and if they can, that data is limited. Alot of us opt to using calling apps that allow us to make local calls for free over wifi. I have one of these numbers. Its a 519 number so i dont see what the issue is…. But heres the kicker, I can’t receive the pin verification number they send me when i register on the app, So im here hoping you’ll update this crappy app, with a fix that allows people registering to input ANY 10 digit phone number and receive a verification code through an automated call. So many other services can get that right, but chatham bus services cant. As of the day this nee app has been issued, I can’t get a bus anywhere nearly as conveniently as i could before. On the old app i could track the late a- - bus drivers every time they pushed my ride back simply because none of the drivers wanted to come to my side of town to pick me up. I bet this new app, if i could even get into it, doesn’t even have that function. One can only assume that since you’ve dropped the ball on everything else. And to think last time i boarded a bus, the old guy driver REPRIMANDED me and every other passenger who boarded over how we HAD to get this new app. He was so rude, and having to listen to that brought me NOTHING but having to walk everywhere i go this winter after 6:45 pm. You old coots can rot. Fix this trash app and have a bit more respect for the riders. If you’re not technologically inclined enough to know what you’re doing, maybe its time to open some job positions for people who do. Just fire all of the grey haired senior drivers, they don’t understand how these apps work and no matter how easy they are, they just get mad they have to use a tablet anyhow. — sincerely, Every Other Rider You’ve Also Angered. as I’m sure I’m not the only one.
