Ride COLT

This is a joke right? Charter a bus? Are you kidding me? The app is garbage, there’re days when it doesn’t work. And colt as service is a joke and will take you on a tour of town rather then be a service.

I use it every morning to get to school, as long as I book a couple days In advance they always show up on time and the ride is pretty quick.

Service is rarely available. When it’s available it’s either late or early. Great idea but the program needs some work.

I am very happy with the service they provide. The app is easy to use, the buses come on time and the drivers are very friendly. I really appreciate sms updates that the app sends; it tells you when the bus is on the way, when it arrives or if there is some delay. Developers created an awesome app, so thank you! The only bad side is that there is not always service available at the time I need. I try to book a few days in advance in order to get a spot even if I’m not 100% certain that I will use a bus. I hope that more people start using on demand buses, so that the city provides more funding and the company grows.

Garbage

The service is very good when available but ends too early in the evening. For example as a senior if I wish to take part in an evening programme at the library which ends atb7.30, it is impossible to get a ride.

This is the worst on demand transit you could ever have it has been more than 40 minutes late to pick me up on multiple occasions. Not to mention how long the ride actually takes. Fix you’re system colt it is almost useless if you need to be on tile within and hour of what your are planning.

I’m a regular rider with a monthly pass. I go to work using COLT everyday. I normally use multi day booking for future rides but it’s hard to find rides using the app. On the other hand, drivers are friendly.

The customer service is absolutely terrible.

Reliable and friendly. Sometimes you need to book rides in advance or else the busses are all full and you can’t get a spot. Just need to plan ahead though
