Expand the area to serve Duluth and other surrounding areas too!

Terrible booking schedule and service

Ravyn N on

United States

So originally I was able to book my rides earlier. But now I can’t schedule anything til close to 1 am and I can’t schedule anything until around 12:45 am. You call the bus company and they claim they’re booked when it doesn’t give any options to schedule anything earlier than 6:25 am. It’s inconsistent and they give the run around. So sometimes you end up late for work especially if they gotta pick up another passenger. Plus the areas are limited you can’t go outside Snellville bounds even if they got two cities close by it’s horrible. They need to improve it.

Are you kidding me?

Needed to get to a place literally 5 minutes from my house and it was out of range. Insanely small area. Should be called "Ride Lawrenceville but only if the place you need to get to is next door".

Expansion needed

LeahLuxxe on

United States

This service is not helpful unless it is going to include coverage to every area of Lawrenceville. Services are needed in every subdivision in Lawrenceville. Many homes/communities are excluded and this makes no sense. Riders need to be able to get from their HOMES to the commercial areas, not just ride around heavy traffic areas that are already walkable or easy to canvas once you’re already there.

Step in the right direction

This is a game changer for people who rely on public transit within the available zones. With the public’s support I bet we will see new areas added in the future. The app is great and easy to use and I can get anywhere within the Lawrenceville city limits. Thank you Gwinnett County!

Only available some small areas

JclpAtl on

It's ok for being a new service to start in some cities like Lawrenceville and snellville, but, why not the rest of Lawrenceville? I wanted to use it to go to the Sugarloaf Mills mall but not even my place of the Mall are in the coverage area and both are in Lawrenceville....
