Wen ever you try to sign up it says server error. I have even tried on three different devices and none of them worked.

I can’t connect my jetson j5 to the app it won’t connect to it and I feel as if I’m wasting my time
Please fix if there is a bug
When I try to create my account it won’t let me I think there is bug in the app!
Horrible Non Functioning App
Bought this for my daughters birthday, took it out of the box to get it set up so she can use the features and you cannot connect to the app due to network/server issues. Have tried for 30 minutes on WiFi and Cell networks to no avail. What’s the point of integrating a product to your app for it not to function and use the abilities of the device?

This is not even letting me Connect my Hoverboard
I literally can’t connect my bike
I had my phone sitting for 10 minutes and it didn’t connect
Super disappointing
I say the hoverboard is great but the app doesn’t even let me sign up saying internet problems but in reality it’s just the app itself.And it’s also it’s sad how I could not sign up and I have been trying for a long time but it just keeps saying internet problems so I’m just mad

Like the Hoverboard is good that’s why I’m giving it two stars but like when I go to change the speed on the hover board it just goes back down to the one that I picked before. It won’t let me change it and every time I try to login in my account or just login and it says the systems are down every single time
