The driver was on time, courteous and took the correct route. Only gripe is the actual app itself. Not accurate info in that it says it has no slots. I was advised to ring instead!

Absolutely terrible booked a week in advance for a 7pm pick up and it’s coming at 8pm
Needs more user testing before being released into the wild. I’ve updated to get latest version and now have to create an account again (because data isn’t carried over). But this isn’t possible because you have only 10 seconds to enter a code you’re sent by text message - but it takes 9.5 secs to receive it. You then get caught in a doom loop. A shame as this service is badly needed.
This service is a lifesaver, it’s been impossible for me to get to work without a car as there are no bus routes and I don’t know what I’d do without this app. So grateful for all the hard work put in by staff to make this happen
This is the worse app can’t connect at all doesn’t remember details claim phone number or email is incorrect help desk is useless
I only found out about the pingo a year and a half ago because my cousin recommended to me. I started to use this because I never really had a way of transport go and meet my friends. I got the hang of it and started using the pingo a lot. In the summer the pingo was super helpful because most of the time I couldn’t get a lift to see my friends but the pingo helped me a lot. It was and still is very consistent with its timing, and if your a bit late they call you to make sure you know they are ready which is super helpful. Also the drivers are very nice and smiley instead of looking sad and dull. Overall the pingo is amazing.
Super helpful for places were buses do not come
You have to give too many details to get started then when you do it just doesn’t work. No map appears and it couldn’t find where I wanted to go. It just hung the next time I tried to use it. No wonder the the Pingo bus is always empty.
I can’t get ‘Schedule a Ride’ any more on my phone or IPad so have to ask for a ride near the time we need to go . Today the app took a long time to recognise my correct location so I was panicking that I was going to be able to book the bus in time. Don’t know why It has Changed. Apart from that the Pingo service is excellent and has never let us down.
I wish this would work on my IPhone. Once I have selected my journey it then says it doesn’t work in my area, the thing is Pingo is in my area so I don’t understand.
