I just want to check my battery level while I’m in the mountains.
I always Need to update the app first!
Why force updates when there are no improvements made to a very mediocre app.
..and as others have mentioned, this is a mountain bike so it’s likely there won’t be a phone signal to connect.
Given it 2 stars as Toyota have show that it’s possible to do even worse.
Why ?
Why do you need to be connected to internet to use when out in the hills?
Why do you need to be connected to bike to plan trips?
Giant Should Be Ashamed of Themselves
This is really awful, Giant make great bikes, it’s a pity they are too mean to develop decent apps to support them. This app is rubbish, like it’s predecessor. It’s flaky and doesn’t allow you to do even the simplest of things, like deleting a bike that you’ve replaced. It’s absolutely pathetic and coming on top of two dreadful releases before. Have you children developing for you? We cannot get spare parts for Giant bikes in Ireland at present because of Brexit, you could at least give us professionally developed apps.
