With climate change and all the consumption in the world, this should be a service that becomes a requirement for all to do for better recycling.

That lovely white box would be greatly improved if it had handles for lifting and carrying!

The cost is too much, unless you utilize all categories regularly. I use it mostly for clam shell plastic containers that berries and greens come in. They are not included in the monthly fee, so I am charged extra for those every month. I can take plastic bags etc to the grocery store. The more I read on recycling in America, I’m not sure that any of it is actually recycled. Thank you for the pick ups this year.

The app is super functional and easy to use. I can see what’s in ever category and when my next pick up is. Definitely recommend using if Ridwell is in your area!

We have missed multiple but never consecutive pick ups. When I have inquired, my messages to customer support have been ignored. At this point, I think Ridwell is a complete scam. Charging for a service and only offering partial service for what customers pay for. It seems they talk a positive talk but can’t deliver.

I’ve missed a few pickups, but I have freed myself of the clutter of collecting plastic bags, bread clips, old light bulbs, keys, and batteries. It’s such a great idea and such a relief. Thank you RIDWELL inventors. This is very helpful.

The company has missed some of my pickups for various reasons so that’s frustrating. However, I like the work they’re doing. Makes me feel better about my trash. It’s kind of surprising how much plastic film I use without realizing it.

I love the idea of ridwell. But unfortunately it’s expensive for the amount of trash that you get to dispose of. Recycling and caring for the environment should be easier and not expensive. Like… I wouldn’t mind carrying the bags myself.

One time this service was good and responsive but perhaps they got too big. They are unresponsive and don’t pick up the trash you’ve worked so hard to collect and separate

I was disappointed to learn that batteries are no longer included in the membership. Are there plans to bring this back in the future? My household sure does hope so!
