The app definitely has bugs. Please fix the pause function. I watch on an iPad and when I pause it for a moment, it will reset to the beginning of the session. Especially, if you pay se a send time. This just happened to me more than 50 times as I tried to find the place where I was when it reset. Very frustrating. I finally gave up. Note: I s, not pausing for an extended period of time either. Just needing to pause to go back 10 seconds.
We used to love this app on our Apple TV. It provided good, wholesome and safe content for our little ones. They’ve recently updated their App for Apple TV (not sure if it applies to mobile devices too), it now comes up as Lazarus. To be honest, I’ve never used a worse app in my life. In fact, I have yet to be able to even use it on my Apple TV since this change because the lag makes it impossible to accurately navigate. We’re very disappointed with this change and looking for an alternative company/program to use.
This thing us so unstable. This almost never works for our home bible studies. It’s unbelievably frustrating and infuriating. Makes me so angry
I gave this 1 star as it won’t allow me to type anything in the login screen making it impossible to watch.
The app has a lot of bugs - regardless of what platform you use. It is slow. It loses your log in information. It also is next to impossible to use the group features to do studies with friends. I strongly recommend looking for a different, reliable, stable product to do your studies. Very disappointing.
I like the content but I use it mostly when I dont have any network available. As soon as I am off line it wants me to log in which I can’t do because there is no network. If this can be fixed then it would be a great app, until then I can’t can’t use it.
I like the content however the app fails to download episode properly for me to listen to on the drive. Also in some of the sections the first episode is hidden at the top of the screen and you can’t click on it, even when you scroll to see it.
Hi As soon as you change it I will change my evaluation. I use your site 5 🌟 but the app ask me to log my self over and over - it’s sad because the reason to use the app is mainly to look at the material off line. So I downloaded my stuff on James epistle and expected to access it on the way. Unfortunately I have to log in while I’m without network. Once log always logged!!! Should be the rule ! God bless

Great app, but two things: 1. I don’t think there’s an option to share a video via social media/link/MMS 2. There are no subtitles. I would volunteer myself to transcribe the videos if I could.
