Terrible service
Couldn’t phone to get a cab they would end call. So I downloaded app and after 15 minutes still no driver.

Gave up after an hour
I requested a taxi through the Riide app in Saskatoon. After an hour of it saying it is trying to find a driver I used Uber and was picked up in under 5 minutes. I even tried calling them and just heard a recorded message for 45 minutes. Do not even bother with this app. No one will pick you up.

Map doesnt work. It doesnt show me where my driver is.

Good on most days
Very nice drivers and cheap too Unfortunately I think the customer service (HQ)is very rude, sometimes you ask them to connect you to your driver and they ask you rudely why and don’t give you a chance to explain and just hang up .

They need more wheelchair accessible vehicles and drivers. It’s always a wait for this service for over 30 minutes a ride
