There are minimal issues but a few bugs that needs to be worked out. Sometimes the start countdown doesn’t appear which leaves the host confused about if the call is actually being recorded.

Ringr used to be generally reliable with minor bumps, but over the past year they changed how they record and save audio in real time on the cloud, and since Feb 2021 I’ve had zero issues. Customer service always responds very quickly if I need something. Highly recommend.

If you’re looking for a quick, simple way to connect for a podcast or radio interview and have the audio sound GREAT, this is the way to go. Love RINGR!

I used Ringr for a year or so and it was great. Of late, they’ve lost conversations. And the latest issue is I can’t connect with my guests. When I push record, they can’t hear me or I can’t hear them. Ringr support people are polite but not helpful.

I am not one to share a lot of negative feedback, but this app consistently loses 30-60 min audio files. Multiple times I have spent the time recording with someone for a weekly show, only to have the files lost. I loved this app but in the past few months it has lost it’s way, and is not worth the $18 it charges based on the fact that the app does not actually do what it is supposed to anymore.

Yes, they’ve had a few problems recently, but I’ve recorded a lot of conversations with RINGR and only recently did I encounter any problems, which the update should address. One of the best features is the ability to download individual tracks in different formats and resolutions. A great tool if you want good quality and editable tracks. Thanks.

This app has way to many problems. It only works with certain browsers, consistently has connection problems and sometimes loses recordings. There are more reliable, simpler and cheaper products out there. Avoid

When it works Ringr is great! Easy, good quality, etc. However, I’ve had at least 3-4 separate instances where it stopped in the middle of my recording, sound when silent, or neither party could connect.

Tired to upgrade to premium, paid the fee to upgrade for the whole year and the app won’t change the settings from basic still, even after I paid. I tried the RINGR support team and all Keith said was to ask Apple.....what the heck is Apple going to do for me??? Super frustrated right now.

really difficult to get this to work...tried 6 podcasts...1 was ok customer service is nonexistent
