Luckily I had 3 days trial I thought I would try it put in my brothers number and it gave me another number to ring so I did came back saying couldn’t ring this is the 5th one today I have tried and so far all dreadful.
Hopeless
Tried again and again to confirm iPhone times out too many times, now can’t use due to alleged suspicious activity instant cancellation 👎
Not letting me cancel subscription
I originally cancelled the day I taken out the plan after realising the app was not for me. Today it has taken a payment. I tried to cancel again and it said it did but when I go back onto my subscriptions it’s showing as active. How do I resolve?
This app consistently has problems!
This app consistently has problems, I am consistently writing to support but they respond when they want. I keep consistently being locked out of the app and or recordings don’t reflect in the app. These issues always appear to only affect me. It’s unclear what I’m actually paying for.
Brilliant response to minor issue.
I had a minor issue with the retrieval of messages that were of importance. I was reassured by a brilliant employee ‘Candan’, that all messages were safe, and normal service would be restored. It certainly was. I would have no hesitation in recommending this service, customer care is exemplary 👏👏👏
Voice recorder rating
It’s a 10/10 from me like all my “other bits” always “10/10” boys and girls….bk to the fairings it works a treat , I had to go through at least 3 different apps that were rated 9s and 10s outta ten when in reality their just fleecin’ us so be wary… this one works perfectly fine …. ‘Nuff said… I’m outty… ciao
Faulty app
App will intermittently lock you out indefinitely, help and or support is delayed as it’s via email and no phone support or live chat is available, your also now unable to scrub through recordings contrary to previously, recordings need to be downloaded onto device to do so.
