easy system
The system is simple and works like it says certain things cost a little bit more, but as long as You’re aware and you just stuff everything in your bags there are no surprises. thanks

putting my laundry away was always the hardest chore for me, always. the rinse app is easy to navigate, doesn’t force you to create a subscription (though you should!) and primarily contacts you via text. the portion size is wonderful, and they give you a reusable bag for all of your trips. Only hope for the future is that we find a way to use less plastic on the return, but I really enjoy using rinse and shall continue to use it for the foreseeable future.

I always hated doing laundry. But it had to be done. I found out about this service from a friend and after 1 load, I was hooked!!
Convenient
The app functionality is great and I appreciate the ease of rescheduling my pick up when I need to. I’ve enjoyed Rinse, it’s made my life easier but there are a few things that can be improved on the actual dry cleaning side. I had a pair of pants that needed a button replaced, it took 3 contacts with customer service and it was still not replaced. Another time someone ruined my pants with what looked like a burn stain. Customer Service folks are nice but if you need alterations or repairs, take it to the pros yourself.
So easy - time saver!

Great convenience
Our building is old and does not allow washing machines in the apartments. There’s a laundromat in the basement, but it’s a pain and the water wasn’t hot enough. So we tried Rinse. We used Rinse for several years. Overall we are pleased. They are very reliable on pick up and delivery. The clothes are returned nicely folded and reasonably organized. They have gotten very good at stopping the fragrances, which we detest. Minor issues: Occasionally, there’s a missing item. They will reimburse the full retail cost. Matching socks seems to exceed their capacity—- or maybe it reflects their sense of humor.
