Rippling - HR, IT & Finance

We just started using Rippling at my place of work. Scheduling is really easy and intuitive. Setting up specific shifts is awesome. I also love that I can attach notes and documents to shifts BUT you can’t access them in the mobile App. It would be great if that could be fixed since most of my staff can’t access a desk top at work to see the docs. Otherwise I need to attach and send docs through a separate communication App.

Always have issues and other problems

App seems to have died with 18.2. After clicking the login button just get a blank white screen so cannot login

HR loves Rippling because it offloads all their work on the employee. As an employee, I find Rippling not very useful, there are no contact numbers, no way to get help, no contact information for providers. For example, I needed to talk to my provider MetLife about short term disability, Rippling has no information at all on how to contact them. Very frustrating.

I can view my paystubs, request time off, review benefits all from the app

Entering mileage can be painful as I have multiple stops within my route, but yet I can only enter from one location to another. There needs to be an option where you can enter multiple stops within one trip.

Will randomly sign you out then refuse to load the sign in page. Don't do that, if I sign in and say "stay signed in" then stay signed in. You don't get to decide to ignore my settings

Based off the use of other HR/finance software’s Rippling is poorly designed. It’s lacking features from its competitors and the worst part is you have to sign in multiple times a day as it seems it can’t keep your login.

Good App for work

It’s an app, why do I need to sign in and 2FA all the time, it’s really annoying.
