Niet aan te passen en onduidelijk

Ik heb juist de app aangeschaft omdat ik een andere auto heb gekregen, maar je kan je start KM niet aanpassen op de huidige stand. Waardoor er een schaduw admin nodig is. Nergens geen handleiding te vinden over het gebruik van de app zelf.

Fijne app, ik gebruik hem al jaren.

Ik ben erg tevreden over RitMeister geweest de afgelopen 10 jaar. Wel heb ik momenteel problemen om de auto te wisselen. Klik ik op het auto-icoon op de groene startpagina, dan klapt de app eruit. Ook de telefoon uit en weer aanzetten, lost het probleem helaas niet op. Ik zou hier graag ondersteuning voor hebben, maar ik kan nergens vinden waar ik met deze vraag terecht kan! Wie kan mij verder helpen?

Te simpel

Mogelijkheid gemiste ritten toe te voegen is er niet. Jammer, want anders één van de weinige apps met eenmalige kosten. Zo niet bruikbaar voor KM registratie zakelijke rijder.

Bug in 6.4

Gebruik de app al jaren zonder problemen maar sinds de laatste update kan je niet meer wisselen tussen de voertuigen. De app crasched. Hopelijk komt er snel een update.

Absolute afrader.

Exporteren gegevens lukt niet op mijn IPhone 11 Pro . Nergens vind ik heldere info wat te doen in zo’n geval. En bij opstarten telefoon zijn alle gegevens ineens weg. Ik geef het op. Driversnote is niet gratis maar doet alles in een goed en gemakkelijk

Export excel inclusief locaties

Dag, ik heb deze app geïnstalleerd en gebruik het nu. Helaas kan ik geen export functie vinden waarin ik per periode (maand) de ritregistratie inclusief locatie per rit naar excel kan exporteren. Mis ik iets of zit dat er niet in?

Registratie werkt niet

Als ik op start druk blijft het scherm groen en gaat terug naar de hoofdpagina. Er worden geen km’s geregistreerd en de app blijft passief. Heeft weinig zin zo. Een paar pogingen gedaan om support te krijgen echter met de supportknop kom je op de pagina waar het product wordt gepromoot en kom je in een visuele cirkel zonder support. Ik denk dat ik de app maar weer teruggeef aan de appstore, dit is compleet zinloos .

Ritten achteraf registreren lijkt niet mogelijk

Het lijkt erop dat ik geen adressen handmatig kan toevoegen. Ik zou verwachten dat ik ook achteraf ritten zou moeten kunnen registreren.
