Finally a useable rowing workout app for the Apple Watch! Monitor and record rowing workouts for viewing on the companion iPhone app and posting to Strava. The auto piece timer provides programming free and hands free timing of pieces during the workout. Share TCX or CSV file of workouts
The watch portion of the app auto generates metadata for each workout with summary info for each automatically timed and detected piece. View metrics for each piece, subdivisions of each piece and each stroke on the companion iPhone app.
