Прошу обновить игру добавить новые уровни, играю 1,5 года почти каждый день и ничего нет интересного

Account and transactions disappeared
Played a game for 1+ year, purchased some staff. Yesterday account has just disappeared. I left a ticket #20659 but got no answer 🙁 Restoring by Game Center didn’t work. A good game, but this issue has just broken my heart.

Дуже класна гра, але після вступної частини запросило оновлення даних, під яас оновлення залишилося 5 МГ і не качає їх, дуже шкода
Проблема
Не могу вступать в бой никуда, сразу вылетает из игры как начинаю бой, могу только рейдами атаковать в кампании м все. В чём проблема , раньше все было ок
