When I try checkout I get an error nobody seems to be able to resolve. 504 Gateway Timeout ERROR The request could not be satisfied.”

My normal sized is XL but they came bigger. Now I order L instead

No promotion for new customers

Currency

Love the brand, so happy when I found the app. The only thing that I would say is to have the option to change the currency as I'm not from the UK. 😊

Address problem very Annoying

Love you clothes and app is easy but it gets to the checkout where it asks you for your address, even when I enter all the details it says please enter your city and postal code....they are entered so frustrating...so I haven't been able to buy anything for a while now.please fix this

I love this site and when I looked at their site and fond the app link I thought it was great. The app works perfectly fine and it is just like using the site I am very impressed River Island! I give this app a five star rating because their is no glitches and just because I am so happy with it.😀😀😀😀😀😄😄😄😄

App won't open on my iPhone.

It worked ok for a week and then an update came through and the app will no longer open. I even tried re-installing and still nothing.

great clothes, app not so great.

just downloaded this app, wish it would stay open and stop shutting down after a minute or so, super annoying because I know the clothes are really great!
