For the past few days I haven’t been able to open the app. It crashes as soon as i click on the icon. I hope it will be fixed soon as I am unable to adjust orders.

Version 2.5.2: app notifications still not working after a delete / reinstall, check all settings. 🤷‍♂️ Please can you add the option to filter including customers “About You” diet preference? I.e plant-based.

… despite a review saying so four years ago and a response saying await further developments. It doesn’t inspire confidence. (I know the shop itself is great and awaiting first online order… this is just about the app, which needs finishing.)

Love the recipes and veg quality, the only problem with the recipe boxes, I’ve ordered for 3 weeks and each time an ingredient was forgotten in the recipe boxes, so I had to go out and buy it, other than that it’s fantastic!

Excellent produce that stay fresh longer than the ones from supermarket. Delivery is spot on and friendly. The cashew milk and hummus are delicious. Highly recommend!

Good app but it could be great if it could rotate to landscape on iPad.

Great app, found everything I needed.

Firstly the app does everything needed in a simple way. Then the food tastes delicious - like veggies used to taste when you were a kid - full of flavour and care. Then there’s the company itself, doing everything t can to fly the flag for affordable sustainability, doing what’s right for the long term sustainability of the land, the producers and the customers. It’s the kind that f company our children and their children will look at and say, they cared about us years before we were born. Well done, keep going, we believe in your mission and will help wherever we can.

I’ve just received the order this afternoon and I am very satisfied with the quality and the service and their delivery team was lovely! I’m always sceptical of reviews as not all companies are honest but the quality most definitely matched the raving reviews associated with Riverford. This is the first time I’ve ordered groceries online as I have also been nervous to do so out of fear the produce will be of poorer quality than advertised, but this has changed my outlook. You’ve earned yourselves a loyal customer for sure! The company is a great initiative and look forward to be placing regular order with you guys. Thanks for exceeding my expectations. Started vege boxes at the start of the pandemic. Wouldn’t go back. Well functioning app too.
