◆ The Rizen App was built on the famous Japanese productivity philosophy Kaizen. The concept of Kaizen improves everyday procedures, making tasks and achieving goals more fulfilling, less tiring, and more productive.
The inclusion of the word ‘Zen’ encourages several interpretations for individuals interested in achieving goals. The idea is to aim for small and consistent growth each day. Your daily efforts and progress would eventually lead to significant results.
The researchers concluded that Kaizen's philosophy could develop a ‘harmony between body and mind, focus on what is really important, make your life more balanced and successful.
Small things, done consistently, create change. Rizen Habit Tracker is a science-backed approach to making new habits last for good. Master the Kaizen principles for living a better, smarter, and more fulfilling life.
Rizen App teaches you to navigate through life with an open mind and optimize your daily tasks for continuous improvements. Using this approach gives you a better chance of reaching the desired goals. Otherwise, you cling to traditional techniques and the hope that things will change when you find a secret solution. When, in reality, everything in the natural world progresses slowly to create a significant change.
According to the Pareto Principle, ‘80% of production generates from 20% efforts’. The Kaizen philosophy encourages us to use this same strategy when it discusses the elimination of ‘wastefulness.’ You can do this by identifying futile tasks and time-consuming chores within your daily routine. Once you recognize these tasks, replace them with something meaningful.

Please Invest To Fix This App

This app could be amazing. The ideology behind it is great. To see visually where your habits are focused and where they are not is eye opening and can show you how unbalanced your habits are to one area of your life, while another area might be more neglected. The decision matrix and all the features are great but the app functionality is terrible. I found button would not work, the syncing to my iphone would not work. Vasiliy Ivanov, please invest in improving the usability, functionality, and user experience. This app could be a game changer for a lot of people. So much so, that I wrote my first app review in hopes you actually read this and fix it because I wanted to love your app so badly, but I ended up switching to Rise because its design and usage was far more end user friendly. This product feels like an MVP that was never improved.

Best App for Organizing your life

Hem Ramachandran on

This is the best app I found for organizing your life. Better than Trello to manage everything. I love it. It could use improvements, not sure the developers are working on it. If there was a button for suggestions to enhance, they could use it to better the app. I believe in Kaizen - continuous improvement. Also love to have this app on Android.

Just updated and all my data is gone

Very frustrating.

They said they fixed it and wanted an update

That was like a month ago, same stuff continued so I never updated. Just got used to having to reopen app after every task. And now I go on to find all my pending tasks deleted. The only thing listed are my “dones.” This seriously screws me over. I don’t even know how to articulate how upset I am. On the one bright side I can now delete this app and restart with another, something I was pushing off doing because I had devoted so much time to getting all my tasks listed. And now they’re gone. Like, awful. Do not download.

Just a simple, intuitive application. Suitable for everyday routine. Thanks for the fact that there are no ads, even in the free version.

Glitches are Unforgiveable

Im on a 2020 Macbook Pro and EVERY TIME a window opens in the app (like adding a new task) that window causes more than half of the screen to be greyed out and the app must be closed to regain full screen. Half the time the edit didn't save. not to mention the work flow hazard this causes with having to close and open the app continuously just to use it. also, when assigning activities to goals, that linkage at somepoint disappears and you hve to reassign activities to tasks multitple times. and then you have to doeal with the greyed out screen for that! its endless. fix this asap.

Excellent app but a bit unstable

The APP cannot consistently save the changes. When it is closed and reopened, the most recent updates are not always displayed. Additionally, we are unable to edit the names of the kanban columns. Everything else is excellent.

I wanted to like it

I wanted to like this app, I really did. It seemed to solve a number of the problems I have with a lot of the other habit tracking apps but there are a few issues. 1. I use this app on an iPad, iPhone, and MacBook, my done tasks never seem to sync between the 3. I will start the day on my MacBook and usually switch over to my iPhone during the day while I work to track things. If I completed a habit on my MacBook it will still show as incomplete on my iPhone. I even restarted the app multiple times on each device. If sync was fixed this would solve my biggest issue with this app. 2. The Focus feature and the task feature don't really sync. Every time I completed a focus item it would still show up on my monthly task list as needing to be done or vise versa. This is a major issue if you are trying to track habits with a time. 3. I could not find a way to limit my done list on my task boards to just today, instead it showed me every single item I completed for the month. If I am trying to see what was done for today I don't want to have to sift through the entire month. 4. Things are limited to either year/month for any type of tracking there is no option for week. 5. There is no real way to track time spent on a habit so its either complete or not, also no way to specify a time for a habit or a goal of any type for a daily activity. Example (write 250 words, read for 30 mins etc). It drastically reduces its value if I can't see that I missed my goal by 5 minutes or anything like that. 6. There is no real visual representation of how I am doing that I can see. There is some weird stuff like Life's mission and some stats on a monthly average basis but I can't look at a habit visually and see I completed 6 days last week at a glance. The Good - * I like the focus timer and the representation of my time spent. I just wish I could schedule habits/tasks at specific times. * I like being able to add goals to the habits, just wish it displayed the information in a better way and that there was a representation of how I was progressing to that goal. If my goal is 100 days of not missing I have no way to see where I am at. * I like that I can use this on all my devices, just wish it synced better. I have no issue paying the monthly or even buying the app if it solved these issues but right now it just doesn't have the functionality I want/need. I am a software engineer myself and I have built a few apps in the past so I know the work involved which is why I am givi

Could definitly be awesome

**Update** TLDR; you will spend more time trying to figure out what needs to be done and what was added back in, or if the timer actually counted down properly than doing work. Let me start by saying this is a visaully beautiful app, but that's where the pros end. -Items don't update across tabs 80 percent of the time -The boards are clutterd. -The focus tab just doesnt work. Timers end early and have no manual restart, stop or play for 'break' and 'focus'. -You have to manually add tasks to the focus area that are already in your 'today' on your monthly board -if you close program items that you finished are back in the to-dao area many times. Primarily I notice this if you mark done form the focus area. -The timers are absolutly screwy, I used another timer to check accuracy and a 25 min timer will end at random times. Sometimes 4 mins, 13 mins, 8 mins, etc. =============Initial review================ A few of the options such as the 'focus' are not very intuitive, and when you go to the website for documention the website is aweful and if there is documention I was unable to find it on the website. There are also many bugs such as the 'edit' option under goals doesnt do anything. You have to delete the entire goal and recreate it if you want to change anything. Still gonna give it some time but I wouldn't spend your money just yet.

Very good

This is my favorite habit-tracking app. It's the only one that doesn't force me to assign a day of the week to weekly items that don't have to be done on a specific day. I can mark things done from the notification, and I can select the time interval of the snooze option. No single habit takes up too much space on the screen. I love the simple design.
