Works excellent with Richmat base. Have had no issues whatsoever. Make sure your Bluetooth is on. I think there may be a button on the bottom side of your adjustable base you’re supposed to press to activate the Bluetooth

The app works fine to control both sides of a split king bed sold by Sven and Son. Setup is fairly easy but there is no help at all in the app. If you don’t have the bed user manual in hand you’ll never figure out what to do from the app. Once installed and initially set up, the app allows you to control multiple devices and to assign a name SMT photo to them. Unfortunately, the name and photo are not shown on the remote control screen, so you can’t see which bed you are controlling except by hitting a control and seeing which one reacts. There is a 4-character label (GGRM) on screen, and you can change what it says, but it isn’t saved. It just goes back to the original every time. The app should show the name you entered under Settings.

I’ve never seen such poorly supported software. It doesn’t work and I don’t think there is any intention to ever make it work.

If I could I would leave 0 stars the app doesn’t work at all you can’t even add the bed no nothing worst app ever ‼️‼️

This app ceased working after the last app update. What ever was done needs to be “undone.”
