Description

The RMSRV Reboot app is a tiny shutdown and reboot helper for Linux based computers, Apple™ MacOS based computers or servers and member computers in a Windows™ domain using an iPhone™ device. In addition to the reboot and shutdown capabilities the tool is able to start a computer via Wake On LAN capability. For computers running on a virtual machine host based on VMWare™ technology the server can be started via a startup task connecting the virtual machine host. Like the professional RMSRV Services app the tool also inherits a Windows™ computer browser and a computer/computergroup management. Linux Computers must provide a SSH connection (e.g. OpenSSH server). On Apple™ Mac™ computers 'Remote Control' must be enabled to successfully connect to the machine. There is no need to install any helper applications to work with RMSRV Reboot. The tool is stand alone.
