Road Master - Online Ticketing

I purchased an online ticket and they dropped my bus. I asked them for my refund that same day and they said I’ll get it in an hour. It’s been a week and they refused to pick up my calls at first and now they’re saying that 72 hours have passed so they can’t process my refund. Will never book with them again and neither should any of you.

I used road master many time . It’s affordable for students That’s why I have been always using roadmaster since last year . But this time i booked my ticket and paid in advance as always and My bus timing was exact 11 Am and when I woke up I saw a msg of seat cancellation which was delivered to me at 5Am that same Day. I didn’t get any call and Before just going to terminal I randomly checked my phone for seat number and saw that msg . I called help centre many time. They say seat is cancelled from terminal So we can’t do anything but you can have 1 hour late departure seat I said ok adjust me in that . They adjusted in that but again before just leaving hostel i get the msg of cancellation. My travel was important So i booked thrice time and it also got cancelled. When I Asked them angrily . They didn’t gave any reas and just said you can have refund for that ticket. What about my entire day that got worst and passed. It’s super duper unethical and i will never recommend it to travel without any other option. Road master isn’t trustworthy in this matter . Btw i got my refund but Couldn’t reach Home just bcz of this rubbish’s again and again. Before that i have always experienced Good but last experience is literally worst and my last experience with this service.

I booked 3 premium seats at 9:30 am from RWP to LHR on app and pay advance before 1 day, when I reach out with my family for the departure at 26 number bus terminal, they shut down their service and lock the main gate with wire cable lock!! When I call on the help center they didn’t guide me, staff was very nonprofessional, non cooperative and rude. After waisted of 20 minutes on help center I reached out on there other terminal they replied me, we don’t have any other slot today to adjust your seats we can’t do anything today!!and they reply you can cancel your ticket. When I cancelled my seats they didn’t refund even I did call on help center 7 to 8 time to refund but they didn’t… I didn’t recommend to other peoples to avail their services

The departure was delayed as usual, with no regard for time commitment.

I booked tickets from app and paid in advance. I paid highest ticket price for front row tickets for my family. The next day, I received call at a very short notice that the bus has been scheduled to one hour earlier from the time I booked for. Upon reaching to the counter, I got tickets in the last rows and when I asked them, they said only these seats are available If you want to go. If I’d have cancelled tickets just 15-20 minutes before the departure, I wouldn’t have received any refund. And the staff was very rude. They were not even paying attention. I was not informed in advance that my booked seats have been changed. I paid premium for front row seats, not for cheap back row seats. Will never use them again and will advise people to avoid such rude staff.
