Doesn’t work

Paid for a subscription on the app, new content won’t download despite following all instructions and reinstalling app. Very frustrating. Worst app I have used. Will be cancelling subscription- very unfair to the publication.

Can’t get it to expand to my iPad so is too small to use on it!

Please cancel this, I’ll stick to my current subscription to the magazine and just plan my rides from the tours in the articles I ‘be got over the last years of being a subscriber. Hope I don’t get charged for this as I am going to delete it from my iPad. Woodym48

This app doesn't work...

I've downloaded this app several times but it doesn't load on to my iPod. I've uninstalled it several times, reinstalled and still nothing. I've read another review that indicates that those of us who are already subscribers to RoadRunner would have to purchase a second 'digital' subscription in order to read the magazine through the app. This information was in small print on the email I received from the magazine (sent to us print subsribers). Not acceptable! This kind of business model may make me rethink renewal of my existing subscription... Oh, and I will be deleting the app and NOT reinstalling it. Not very satisfied...
