What an utter waste of time. I made a booking while I was on a plane via the App. I gave all the details requested and I got a confirmation email of my booking details. The App even allows you to track the driver. When I arrived I called the company to confirm my taxi was on its way and I was told no taxi was dispatched because I didn’t give details of my flight. When booking, I was never asked for those details and so no taxi was dispatched. The guy on the phone said it’s “not reliable to book on the app” and that they have “no control” of the App. Basically it’s rubbish. I shall be deleting the App straight after this review. Luckily I chose the option to pay by cash otherwise they would have gladly taken my money.

Quick, convenient and really handy!

Recommend to collect funds after the trip is completed not at time of booking. Because settings were not retained I got charged for incorrect date/time. When cancelled, found the charges still in my account. Called to have these refunded and no action taken. Great taxi service, great price, but the supporting app is not commensurate.

The new update has increased the prices and wouldnt let me log in to my old account so ive now had to make a new one and now i cant add my card details to it.

i booked a cab and the picture of the driver on the app did not match the driver that arrived lol that is so unprofessional and unacceptable. that is a security risk too omg

I booked a cab to take my son to hospital for his surgery at 7am using the app. At 5am on the day I had a missed call (unsurprisingly, I was asleep in bed at this time) and then a message via the app that my car had been cancelled and to call if I still wanted one. When I woke up at 5.30 and called there were no cars available until 8am. So I got an Uber!

It’s the greatest app ever!

Still just as bad. Poor app and poor service, would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your car service.

Great for booking Roadrunners taxis. Has GPS tracking and an expected time of arrival which is accurate. However the app needs prices as about a third of drivers will inflate the price (usually £1-3) and that makes it cheaper to call.

Great app. Allows you to book cab in advance, tells you when vehicle is on the way and even has a gps tracking system so you can see where the vehicle is. Whilst it would be nice to be given a price, you always know Roadrunners is fairly priced anyway.
