GPS location capability to make it easier for us to find you
» One of the most common questions asked by traditional call centre assistance is “Do you know what your closest cross-road is?”. Not sure of the answer, don’t worry, the apps geo-tracking finds your exact location using your mobiles GPS.
» Feel a little more at ease whilst the app provides you time frames on how close your service provider is to helping you.
Connecting families
» By conveniently adding multiple family membership accounts in the one app you can stay
informed if and when your children or partner are being assisted. Just another way we’re making it a quick and simple process to request assistance.

If you do not have roadside assistance with Toyota Finance, you can call on 137 200 to request immediate service and we will help get you back on the road. You will be asked to pay a call out fee and purchase a policy, so you can remain covered in the event you need assistance in the future.

Why built an app if it does not work? Also, no support is provided. I hope Apple will ban this app.
App does not work
This is a total waste of time, cannot log in. Keeps bumping me out and will not send a code to my registered number. . Wow👍🏼

Terrible support, get the run around trying to get help with this app from Toyota
App doesn’t work
When I try to setup my account and enter a new PIN, the app doesn’t get past the verify PIN stage so I can’t complete the setup. Rang Toyota and they said not to bother using the app because they get a lot of calls saying it doesn’t work. Why do they have an app I wonder?
Useless
Not only does the app NOT load past the first screen, it doesn’t completely load that screen to begin with. Can’t scroll down to even read the initial welcome page. The app was mentioned several times and promoted when purchasing yet does nothing. It does not give me “road side peace of mind” , in fact it does the opposite . I now have no peace of mind that Toyota will be able to help. A functioning user interface should be an absolute priority for any business or company these days and the inability for a company as large as Toyota to get such an app to at least be usable actually erodes confidence in the company.
Simply doesn’t work
What a useless app. Can’t login, judging by the other reviews, it’s been happening for months with no attempt to rectify the issue.
No way to register or exit
The app asks you to register, by searching for your mobile number and car registration. When you click “search”, you get the message: “Sorry, we could not locate any existing details. Please check them and try again or contact our support team.” There’s no link to contact support. No phone number. And no exit button or way to quit. I had to turn off my phone. Appalling UX, for an emergency assistance app.
